Where are your products sourced?

Our products are sourced from multiple companies and several small, local businesses. When we source our products, we like to consider how they are cultivated, the workforce conditions in which they are produced/gathered, and the ingredients in which they were made with or that we use to create some of our kits and clothing. We strive to accumulate products that are derived directly from the earth. We care deeply about keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum and love that our clients feel the same in their support.

What is your return policy if I am not completely satisfied?

While we always try our best to get you into the right solutions/products, returns/ exchanges will be done on a case-to-case basis. Certain items are non-refundable because of hygiene and sanitation reasons. We will work with each customer to come to a resolution that works for all.

How long does it take to ship products to my house?

Shipping depends on the kind of products ordered. Products that show in stock typically ship within one business day. Other customized products or items that we have to order might take a little longer, as we have to gather the materials to make or customize before we can ship them to your home.

How do I know which services or memberships I should sign up for?
