Easy Low- Fat Cheesy Enchiladas
Ladies and gentlemen! I threw this easy enchilada recipe together the other day because my other half is hard to feed, and I figured if I could just stick to the simple ingredients that he may enjoy it! Haha He did!
So follow along:
Ingredients :
-Cream of chicken soup
-Taco seasoning
-Half of a rotisserie chicken, shredded
-Low fat shredded cheese
-We use the low carb tortillas
-Herdez guacamole salsa
Option to add cilantro, green onions, sour cream, rotel.
Directions:
Place ingredients in a bowl, and mix together.
Fork out into tortillas, roll and place seam side down into a buttered pan.
Pour Herdez sauce over the top and a handful of cheese
Bake at 350 for 30mins.
Add more cheese and pop back in oven for 5b more mins.
