Easy Pumpkin Dip
It's that time of year! People are starting to put together their pot lucks, "Friends-giving", family Thanksgiving lunches and dinners!
This dip is so easy to throw together, and a huge hit.
I borrowed this picture from google because I love the pumpkin bowl they made and I didn't think to be as creative!
What you need:
1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream (or vegan cream cheese)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or extra cinnamon)
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
I used some brown sugar, but that is optional.
Apples, crackers, whatever you would like to dip in.

Instructions
If you're using cream cheese, let it come to room temperature. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. The dip can be left out for hours while consuming but leftovers should be refrigerated in air tight container. (I don't think you will have any leftovers if you are going to a party! ;))
There are several different recipes for this! I have also used one before that has cool whip, which made it very fluffy!
Enjoy!
XOXO,
Mak
