Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is almost identical to last weeks smoothie, but with blueberries.

I have been keeping my smoothies very simple lately with an upset tummy and this has been delicious .

PS: If you love a straw like me, I suggest getting these that open so you can clean them well! I recently found mold in a straw that never dried out, and it was so scary to think that I nearly slurped up mold with my smoothie! :P

What you need:

-1-2 cups of milk of choice (I used a pre-made strawberry smoothie with 30g of protein from Walgreens)

-4-5 Strawberries (Cut the stems off)

-1 Banana (Peel and chop)

-1/2 cup of Blueberries

-1 Cup of ice

Things you can add:

Flax seeds or chia seeds


Peanut butter

Blueberries or raspberries (maybe both!)



Simply, throw it all in together and blend.
