"What is something that you would like to see invented that would make your life easier?"
How many times have we each said, "We should invent that?!" I have said it over and over through my life... but as I sit here and recall something that would really make my life useful... I would have to say I am still waiting on this clone invention to come through. LOL! I don't know if it's because I have felt especially overwhelmed lately, or if I just have a huge problem of overcommitting myself. (yes, yes I do) Just think, especially as a woman, how much we could get done with ease if we had a clone. I believe that women have spent so much time trying to prove that we can do as much as, or more than men that men have been like, okay great! Go for it. Now we not only are expected to do so much, but we compare ourselves to women who do live this way. This is a blog topic for another day, but the fact of the matter is... between being a mom, a partner, an employee or business owner, or both. There wouldn't be a need for child care because one one of the clones would be able to stay home with the baby, and the other one go to work. There wouldn't be as much financial struggle. The dishes and laundry would always be done. Kids would be on time to all of their sporting practices and games. Your love life would be more fulfilled because you would have the energy to supply the needs of your partner. You would possibly more healthy as you would have the time to cook and work out. Overall, I think that with demands we have all placed on ourselves, just one person to do it all is not enough.
