Belly Be Calm Tea
We have all been there. From an upset belly as a kid eating way too much of something that our parents gave a loud and resounding "NO" to; to being an adult and divulging in that milk-based product that makes our tummies very upset with us.
Here is one of two teas that we highly recommend helping with those upset stomachs no matter what caused it!
Minty notes intertwined with sweet cinnamon on licorice. This tea will have you feeling better in no time!

Safety
We strongly recommend using filtered or freshly drawn cold water brought to a rolling boil when brewing all types of tea. You can also utilize a keurig as it brings the water to an acceptable temperature when brewing individual cups of tea. Today's water has been known to carry viruses, parasites, and bacteria. Boiling the water will kill these elements and reduce the potential incidence of water-borne illnesses.
Please ensure to give your tea ample amount of time to cool before attempting to drink it.
