Have you ever just stopped and thought about how often we all live in the next moment? Or, how about all the time we are too busy trying to capture the moment on Snapchat or our phones? Are we all so conceited that we can't just ignore our own reflection and enjoy the things happening around us? Stop. Look. Listen. There are kids laughing, birds chirping and sometimes silence that speaks louder than words could ever tell.
Lao Tzu said it best, "If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present."
Wake up tomorrow and actually smell the rich coffee bean aroma when you're making your coffee. Actually listen to that song that comes on the radio instead of nodding your head to the beat while your train of thought leads your focus elsewhere. Take a moment to wiggle your toes inside your shoes and feel the strength of your body holding yourself up and pushing towards success wherever it may take you.
Live in the now because in a moments time, "now" will be a distant memory that you either made count or let pass you by.
