Safety
We strongly recommend using filtered or freshly drawn cold water brought to a rolling boil when brewing all types of tea. You can also utilize a keurig as it brings the water to an acceptable temperature when brewing individual cups of tea. Today's water has been known to carry viruses, parasites, and bacteria. Boiling the water will kill these elements and reduce the potential incidence of water-borne illnesses.
Please ensure to give your tea ample amount of time to cool before attempting to drink it.

This blend of herbs starts with Rooibos, a mineral-rich herbal tea used as a natural immunity booster for centuries in South Africa's Cederberg district. Next is the elderberry, currant, and rosehips, a trio that's extremely high in Vitamin C and various other antioxidants known to reduce inflammation in the body. Rounding out the blend are dried orange pieces for an extra dose of Vitamin C. Lime and blackberry leaves are said to stimulate the digestive system, and dried blueberries and raspberries, fiber-rich vitamin powerhouses thought to help prevent strokes and high blood pressure.
