Thai Ginger Pieces Tea
Ginger, the tart knotty root spice, is probably the world’s most commonly used flavor additive. This root serves as the base of thousands of recipes in almost every corner of the globe. Its beneficial uses cover a list of common ailments ranging from indigestion to lack of appetite, the common cold, nausea, and morning sickness related to pregnancy.
To experience the pure ginger character without after taste, we recommend brewing a cup of ginger tea (cup or pot), then adding lemon and honey to taste. The lemon and honey will add a tang to the heat of the ginger and make it much more palpable.

Safety
We strongly recommend using filtered or freshly drawn cold water brought to a rolling boil when brewing all types of tea. You can also utilize a keurig as it brings the water to an acceptable temperature when brewing individual cups of tea. Today's water has been known to carry viruses, parasites, and bacteria. Boiling the water will kill these elements and reduce the potential incidence of water-borne illnesses.
Please ensure to give your tea ample amount of time to cool before attempting to drink it.
