I have been teaching yoga for 3 years, and I love being apart of peoples journey in a healthy way.

I have been friends with Heather since high school and as her and Victoria have started this business, I have been super excited about what they are bringing to their community and surrounding communities. Through yoga, and learning more about self care, we both thought it would be beneficial for me to hop on board as their content creator and share my experiences and some tidbits I’ve picked up along the way!
