I am LOVING this sandwich which! My moms says that she thinks it's the healthiest thing shes seen me eat lately. HAHA! (Don't judge)
I really love the THIN (multigrain) bread. -2 slices is as thick as one whol piece of normal bread!
-Smear on avacado
-I enjoy a medium egg
-A piece of cheese from the deli section of the store. (Who are we kidding, it makes a difference)
-I used sliced chicken from the deli area, as well.
Layer it up and BAM!
Brunch is done!
I thought after I was done that it wouldn't have been a bad idea to add spinich or even a salsa of some kind...
What are your thoughts??
