Easy Peasy Chicken Salad


  • Rotisserie Chicken

  • Red Grapes

  • Pecans

  • Green Onions

  • Celery

  • Mayo

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Lemon

  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic


  1. Shred half of the rotisserie chicken

  2. 1 cup of quartered red grapes

  3. 1 cup of crushed pecans

  4. Chop about a cup of green onions

  5. Chop about 2.5 sticks of celery

  6. Add in one cup of mayo

  7. One big spoon of dijon mustard

  8. Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon

  9. Throw in a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic salt

  10. Mix together, and wahlah!

You can eat this chicken salad on a sandwich, spoon it onto cucumbers, or crackers. This recipe is SO easy to throw together and a healthy option. This has been one of my favorite recipes lately!
