Salt, Pepper, Garlic
Shred half of the rotisserie chicken
1 cup of quartered red grapes
1 cup of crushed pecans
Chop about a cup of green onions
Chop about 2.5 sticks of celery
Add in one cup of mayo
One big spoon of dijon mustard
Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon
Throw in a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Mix together, and wahlah!
You can eat this chicken salad on a sandwich, spoon it onto cucumbers, or crackers. This recipe is SO easy to throw together and a healthy option. This has been one of my favorite recipes lately!
