Hi friends! This weeks smoothie is a version of a green smoothie. I am going to label them by # so that you can tell there are different green smoothie options.
This specific one for me was a little more tangy and bitter than I like, as I prefer them to be sweeter.
-1/2 Green apple
-1/2-1 Whole Banana
-A couple of large Kale leaves or a handful of small ones. Cut out the ribs and stems
-A handful of ice
-1/2 cup of Orange Juice
Blend together and enjoy!
